|Enchanted Hills August 2013 Market Report|
|The market in the Enchanted Hills area of the Rio Rancho North region has seen some changes in the last few months. Sold homes have risen over 10% from July 2012 to July 2013, and homes for sale have dropped about 5% in that time. Pending sales have almost doubled since July 2012. The price per square foot has slowly risen over the last four months, from $87 per square foot to $91 per square foot in July 2013. The best news is that the average days on market has continued to drop from 76 days in May to 72 days in July. The Enchanted Hills market may be slowly changing to more of a seller's market, but there are still some great deals you can buy now!|
The Enchanted Hills neighborhood is a great area for those who commute to Santa Fe and Albuquerque. Soon the construction expanding the US 550/Interstate 25 interchange will be completed, which should make the commute easier.
