Rio Rancho's North Hills and Sierra Norte neighborhoods are great areas to find great values. North Hills is well established area with canopies of shady trees and great parks. In recent years, more businesses have moved into the area along with some churches as well. Sierra Norte is a newer community with great views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande Valley. Rio Rancho's Loma Colorado community is a centrally located neighborhood that is full of beautiful, eco-friendly homes and enchanting mountain views and recreational areas. Homes in the neighborhood vary from one-story three-bedroom homes to two-story, six-bedroom luxury homes and the resale housing market for Loma Colorado is heating up for the summer!
