The Ventana Ranch and Ventana Ranch West neighborhoods in northwest Albuquerque represent some of the best value areas in the metro area. Both neighborhoods reside in the Paradise West area of the Albuquerque real estate market. There are 11% more active home listings and 20% more newly listed homes in the area compared to October 2012. Twenty-two percent more homes are under contract and 20% more homes have sold in the area as well. Average sale prices has crept up about 6% over the last year, so someone interest in living in these great neighborhoods should act quickly before prices rise even higher!
