The Cabezon neighborhoods' real estate market has seen some interesting changes over the last few months . The largest change in the Rio Rancho South Region (which contains Cabezon) has been the number of homes for sale. After reaching a peak of 148 in March, the inventory has dropped consistently each month down to July's level of 122. This may indicate a shift to a seller's market and the price per square foot may indicate that as well. The price per square foot has risen slightly in the last two months to $89 in July, but that is still on the lower end of the per square foot prices in the past year or so. The average sale price has risen about 11% since the prices had dropped to the lowest level in the past 15 months in May. Though the prices have risen somewhat in the last two months, there are still some great deals on homes available in the Cabezon neighborhoods!
