North Hills and Sierra Norte Area Market Report July 2013

Rio Rancho's North Hills and Sierra Norte neighborhoods are great areas to find great values. North Hills is well established area with canopies of shady trees and great parks. In recent years, more businesses have moved into the area along with some churches as well. Sierra Norte is a newer community with great views of the Sandia Mountains and the Rio Grande Valley. These neighborhoods are prime areas for value minded buyers and investors.
