Rio Rancho's Loma Colorado community is a centrally located neighborhood that is full of beautiful, eco-friendly homes and enchanting mountain views and recreational areas. Enchanted Hills, on the northern end of Rio Rancho, has had some dramatic changes in its real estate market over the last year. There are 12% more homes on the market, 28% more homes under contract for sale and 20% more homes sold in the area. Enchanted Hills market is on fire! Prices have dipped slightly over the last year, so it is still a great market for potential buyers. The slight dip in prices may be indicating that many of the homes sold in Enchanted Hills during the last year have been distressed properties (foreclosures and short sales).
