Loma Colorado, Rio Rancho homes for salestatistics are difficult to interpret.There are huge flucuations in the data which can be partly attributed to the sale of new homes in the community competing with resales. For instance, in December 2012 the months of inventory was 3.8 but in January 2013 the number jumped up to 15 months of inventory. Pulte Homes is actively building homes in the area and place their inventory homes on the MLS system. Those are included in the statistics. What is not included in the statistics are the homes already purchased but not built. Loma Colorado, excluding new home sales, has had an average of 3 homes sold per month over the last 15 months. The number of homes for sale has been between a low of 11 in July 2012 to a high of 30 in January 2013. A few highlights of the current Loma Colorado, Rio Rancho homes for sale are shown below and represent a nice cross section of properties available, in contract and that have sold.
